Leeny comes from a line of career criminals with vague ties to "import and export" businesses. Her family's greatest shame is that her mother married a mere conman, and not even a decent one at that. With dear ol' Dad in and out of jail, Leeny started working various part-time jobs at a young age (often paid under the table) while also struggling to balance school and gymnastics. It's a lot to juggle at a time, but Leeny is determined to get out of the crime cycle and get a college degree. Her grades are average at the best of times even when she cheats her ass off does extra credit and she knows the only way to make it is get as many athletic scholarships as she can. Too bad the strength of her ambition is matched by her knack for falling into the wrong crowd.
